Consortium Hospitals

— filed under:

You must be a member of the Health Science Information Consortium of Toronto to use this service. Other hospital libraries see external libraries for more information.

Consortium libraries may use the 'request item' service directly from the U of T Catalogue to ask for article copies and book loans from most U of T libraries.

Some Consortium libraries now have their records listed in the U of T Catalogue. To borrow these items, the hospital library should be contacted directly.

How to make a request

You will need your library barcode and PIN to submit requests.
Problems with barcode or PIN? Then, email vdxinfo.robarts@utoronto.ca.

  • search the U of T Catalogue for the item you need
  • select 'details' then 'request item' then 'continue'
  • follow onscreen instructions, and choose your pickup location from the hospital delivery menu
  • complete and submit the form

The Gerstein Science Information Centre is a DOCLINE participant.
